Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 60 seconds of placing them. Once food preparation starts, cancellations are not allowed.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases of incorrect or missing items. Contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with clear proof (photo/video) for resolution. Once refund request has been accepted, it will be processed within 24 hours and the refund settlement will be done within a time period of 5-7 working days.
